Probably a familiar scene to many currently. In fact I'm typing this while on my couch in front of the TV too.
In the 2 weeks since the last post, so much has happened around the world. 😔 I would like to believe this is the beginning of the end (of the virus, not of er.. humanity 😕) Today I heard a quote. When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

Instead of obsessing over the number of cases everyday or drafting up fake official reports (who are all these fake news creators gosh), let's choose to be grateful instead of fearful. Sure, we should still practise safe distancing and wash our hands with soap often. But after that's done, we can give gratitude. To even the smallest things, like the air we're breathing with ease. If you've ever needed to use a ventilator, the basic action of breathing would suddenly no longer be a given. When we fill our hearts and mind with gratitude, there may be no space for anxiety and fear to creep in then.
Let me practise what I preach. 3 things I'm grateful for today. 🔸Those around me are healthy.
🔸I live in a comfortable home.
🔸I still have commissions and projects coming in.
Rest well all for the weekend ahead, especially all the working parents of little ones. ❤️ #miniature #small #polymerclay #mixedmedia
